Cookers give seed a longer and hotter thermal treatment than standard conditioning — enough to denature proteins, break down cell walls and inactivate enzymes, which is what high-protein and hard-structured seed needs before the oil will come out cleanly.
Every Cooker is built to your plant’s throughput at our Pithampur works near Indore and supplied to solvent extraction plants and oil mills across India. Capacity, drive rating and the interfaces to the machines either side of it are settled against your existing line before fabrication starts.

- Plant fit: General arrangement, foundation and utility drawings issued ahead of despatch, so structural and piping work can run in parallel.
- Commissioning: Erected and commissioned on site by our own engineers alongside your process team, and run in on your actual feedstock.
- Training: Operators trained on start-up, changeover and cleaning at handover.
