Oilseed flaker machines roll conditioned seed into thin, uniform flakes, multiplying the surface area the solvent can reach and so the oil it can recover. Flake thickness is what sets extraction yield, which is why the rolls and their gap control matter here more than raw throughput.
Every Flaker Machine is built to your plant’s throughput at our Pithampur works near Indore and supplied to solvent extraction plants and oil mills across India. Capacity, drive rating and the interfaces to the machines either side of it are settled against your existing line before fabrication starts.
Standard rolls of 600×1200 mm and 800×1500 mm (custom sizes available) covering lines from 50 to 500 TPD, producing flakes of 0.25-0.35 mm via hydraulic gap adjustment.
Flaking increases the seed’s surface area 10-15×, and the 0.25-0.35 mm window balances solvent penetration against flake integrity — thicker flakes extract poorly, thinner ones break into fines. Rolls are HRC 60-65 precision-ground steel to hold that tolerance.
Yes. Every machine we build is custom-engineered — capacity, dimensions, and configuration are matched to your line. Send your requirement via the enquiry form or call +91 91091 02280 for a firm quote.
Yes. Our engineers erect and commission it alongside your process team and run it in on your actual feedstock rather than on a test load, then train your operators on start-up, changeover and cleaning at handover.
