Pipe rotators turn a pipe under a fixed welding head, so a circumferential weld can be laid in one continuous pass instead of the welder walking round the joint.

Every Pipe Rotator is engineered to your process at our Pithampur works near Indore and supplied to plants across India. Capacity, stroke, opening and control scheme are fixed against your material and your cycle time before fabrication begins, and the machine is trial run at the works before despatch.

Frequently Asked Questions

What pipe sizes can the rotator handle?

Pipes from 100 to 3000 mm diameter and loads up to 100 ton, with rotation speeds of 0.2-30 RPM and tilting up to ±45 degrees.

How is the pipe rotator controlled during welding?

By foot pedal, control panel, or wireless remote — foot pedal control keeps both of the welder’s hands free while the pipe turns at a steady, adjustable speed.

Is the pipe rotator customised to my requirement?

Yes. Every machine we build is custom-engineered — capacity, dimensions, and configuration are matched to your line. Send your requirement via the enquiry form or call +91 91091 02280 for a firm quote.
