Hydraulic presses apply controlled force for bending, punching, forming and cutting. The force is held steady through the whole stroke rather than falling away as it does on a mechanical press, and the stroke can be stopped and held anywhere in it.
Every Hydraulic Press is engineered to your process at our Pithampur works near Indore and supplied to plants across India. Capacity, stroke, opening and control scheme are fixed against your material and your cycle time before fabrication begins, and the machine is trial run at the works before despatch.
Up to 200 ton pressing force with stroke lengths up to 1500 mm.
C-frame, H-frame, and four-post configurations, with manual or PLC touchscreen control depending on the forming operation and batch sizes involved.
