Breaker Rolls — 50-500 TPD
Breaker rolls reduce oversized seeds and seed clusters between counter-rotating rolls — material too large or too fibrous to go straight into a cracker's tighter roll gap, which sunflower seed and cottonseed often are.
Roll surfaces are smooth for gentle reduction with few fines, corrugated for shearing uniform oversized seed, or toothed for fibrous material that has to be gripped and torn. An adjustable roll gap sets output particle size on any of them, and the surfaces are hardened for continuous duty.
Rated for 50-500 TPD lines, feeding the Seed Cracker downstream. If your feedstock arrives consistently sized, a cracker alone may be enough — we'll say so before you buy both.
