Plate levelers take the flatness defects and the locked-in stresses out of plate and sheet by bending it alternately over a series of rolls, so it comes out flat and stays flat once it is cut.
Every Plate Leveler is engineered to your process at our Pithampur works near Indore and supplied to plants across India. Capacity, stroke, opening and control scheme are fixed against your material and your cycle time before fabrication begins, and the machine is trial run at the works before despatch.
Thickness from 0.13 to 152 mm and widths up to 3658 mm, with leveling force up to 7,600 ton in the heaviest configurations.
The standard configuration is a 19-roll leveler; custom roll counts and arrangements are engineered to your material mix and flatness tolerance. Control is manual or PLC.
