Our fin tube machines produce spirally crimped finned tube: fin strip is wound around the base tube under tension and crimped into interlocking ridges, bonding fin to tube mechanically with no welding. The bond holds under the thermal cycling and vibration the tube meets in heat exchangers, boilers, radiators and cooling systems.
Every Fin Tube Machine is engineered to your process at our Pithampur works near Indore and supplied to plants across India. Capacity, stroke, opening and control scheme are fixed against your material and your cycle time before fabrication begins, and the machine is trial run at the works before despatch.
Base tubes from 12 to 50 mm diameter with fin heights of 5 to 20 mm, at production speeds up to 25 m/min.
The models cover increasing tube-size and output ranges; all are PLC-controlled with a digital interface and 15-30 kW drives. Tell us your tube spec and volumes and we will recommend the right model.
