Our fin tube machines produce spirally crimped finned tubes: the fin strip is wound in a continuous spiral around the base tube under tension, and the machine crimps it to form interlocking ridges for a secure mechanical bond without welding. This process delivers high heat transfer, consistent fin quality, and durable attachment under thermal cycling and vibration. PLC-controlled operation allows adjustable fin height and spacing at production speeds up to 25 m/min for use in heat exchangers, boilers, radiators, and cooling systems.

Spirally Crimped Process

  • Winding & crimping: Fin strip is fed and wound around the base tube at a precise angle; crimping creates interlocking ridges between fin and tube for a strong mechanical bond
  • PLC control: Adjustable fin height, pitch, and spacing for consistent quality and customizable thermal performance
